Raghad Altalli leads trade facilitation programs and strategic initiatives at the International Trade Centre (ITC). Since joining ITC 10 years ago, she has supported more than 30 countries in adopting innovative digital solutions and implementing high-impact trade facilitation reforms. Her work has been essential in modernizing customs and trade ecosystems, streamlining operations, and enhancing transparency, enabling countries to improve their trade performance and competitiveness on the global stage. Raghad provides strategic guidance to both policymakers and businesses, fostering international collaboration and driving solutions that reduce trade barriers and enhance customs efficiency. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.
