Mr. André Williams is a career driven public servant, with just under 27 years of service in the Jamaica Customs Agency. He possesses comprehensive expertise in Customs modernization initiatives and has been intimately engaged at the core of varying ICT advancements and business process reform initiatives within the Agency and other Partnering Government Ministry Department and Agencies. Mr. Williams has been a recipient of the WCO - Commissioner’s Award for Innovation as well as Positive Public Relations. He is appointed the Chief Information Officer of the Jamaica Customs Agency and also serves as the National Project Manager for the Jamaica Single Window for Trade (JSWIFT) Program.
