Jean-Edouard Nicolet is a French national and a graduate of the Ecole des Mines d’Albi-Carmaux, where he earned a General Engineering Diploma with a specialization in Information System Management.
He began his career in 2008 with Capgemini, a global IT services leader, working in the aeronautics sector in Toulouse, France. After four years, Jean-Edouard transitioned to Le Havre, France, joining SOGET S.A. as a Project Manager. There, he oversaw the research and development of a new generation of Port Community Systems (PCS) and Port Management Information Systems (PMIS). Following a successful PMIS implementation at the Port of Abidjan in Ivory Coast, he took on the role of International Business Development Manager at SOGET.
In 2016, he further supported the Port Authority of Jamaica in their PCS implementation.
Since 2019, Jean-Edouard has served as the Regional Director for Webb Fontaine in the Latin America and Caribbean region, based out of Panama, where he supervises the company’s activities across the region.
