Eduardo Leite is a Brazilian, lawyer, columnist, and instructor. He has worked for Container Terminal, Customs Broker, Road Transport Company, Air Carriers, Law Firms and Freight Forwarders' Associations. He is a member of the Customs and Trade Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association. He is an Expert and Regional Rapporteur for Latin America and The Caribbean at UN/CEFACT. He studied LLM in Tax Procedural Law, LLM in Business Law and MPhil in Trade Facilitation. Eduardo is a columnist at the Customs Compliance & Risk Management journal and founder of the Trade and Compliance Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a Sustainable Ecosystem of Trust and Social Cohesion to serve as a bridge between the Private Sector, Governments and Intergovernmental Institutions, founded on principles of Ethics and Transparency.
