His outstanding achievements were officially recognized by the Digital Government Authority of Saudi Arabia in 2024. Prior to joining ZATCA, Younes spent two decades at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), the region's leading telecom provider, where he led core, mission-critical applications. He held leadership positions such as Digital Platforms Services Director and Integration Director, crafting strategies that accelerated time to market, optimized service offerings, and drove cost savings. Younes' contributions align with the Kingdom's ambitious Vision 2030, focusing on the digital transformation of governmental services and the enhancement of public administration efficiency through innovative technologies.
