Kevin began his career in the British Army, a full career saw operational deployments and active service globally. From 2003 to 2024 Kevin has held multiple high-level positions with NII manufacturers, SAIC, Rapiscan and latterly Smiths Detection where he was the Global Director for its Ports and Borders business between 2019 – 2024.
In January 2024 Kevin joined Decision Sciences (DSIC) as the Chief Commercial Officer; Decision Sciences is a provider of advanced security and detection systems; Based on revolutionary and disruptive Muon Tomography (also referred to as Charged Particle tomography) technology. Its use in the Security / NII sector for Customs inspectors brings unrivaled penetration capabilities, 3D imaging, material classification in a SAFE environment with no radiation protection requirements. Kevin advocates continuous improvement leveraged on over 2 decades of experience across multiple verticals in the NII Security Sector, including design, establishment and operation of BOOT managed services in the ME and Africa, he is widely recognized as a SME in this field.
Education & Professional: Kevin has a 1st Class BEng (Hons) Degree in Software Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Kevin is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Manager as well as a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and PMI PMP professional, he is a Fellow of the Association of Project Management; Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering & Technology.
