Bojan Čekrlić CargoX LtdCEO

With over 25 years of professional experience spanning diverse industries such as gaming, aviation, banking, insurance, healthcare, and logistics, Bojan brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Bojan assumed the position of CEO at CargoX in January 2024, having previously served as COO in 2023, Strategic Advisor from 2021 to 2023, and CTO from 2019 to 2021. His journey with CargoX began in 2018 when he joined as a Product Manager. Before his tenure at CargoX, Bojan worked in several fields, including fintech, where he created and maintained Slovenia’s largest payment gateway. He also contributed to a start-up focused on developing a payment gateway for several countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, he worked as CTO at Parsek, a healthcare IT company, and spent several years as a developer, business analyst, solution architect and product owner. Bojan holds a degree in economics from the University of Ljubljana.
