Colm Leonard IBM Corporation

Colm is an Executive Program Manager for the IBM Corporation Legal and Regulatory Affairs organization where he is responsible for matters related to Customs, Trade Facilitation and Supply Chain Security. Colm responsibilities include ensuring IBM’s trade activities are alignment with Customs regulations globally while advising and providing regulatory counsel to its Global Process Owners. Colm and IBM have a long association with the WCO and the Private Sector Consultative Group (PSCG). Driving support for the implementation of SAFE/AEO, IBM is certified in over 20 country programs. Colm is the Vice Chair of the WCO Private Sector Consultative Group. The PSCG members are aligned on key objectives of building meaningful partnerships, trade facilitation that brings transparency and predictability while also embracing technology that can drive efficiencies and improve risk management and security.
