Gamal Kotb has over 45 years of experience in software development and ICT solutions implementation, working in several countries and various industries. Known for his analytical mindset and clear communication, he excels in promoting and integrating IT solutions that streamline and govern business procedures and enhance user experiences. His leadership and innovative ideas consistently surpassed client expectations. For the past 26 years, Kotb participated in 6 national automation projects in Egypt, focusing on logistics, shipping, ports management, customs, and other government agencies' automation domains. His expertise, teamwork spirit, and professionalism have been pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. As the General Manager of MTS, he currently oversees the technical affairs concerning Egypt’s National Single Window for Trade project (NAFEZA), a twenty-year project to develop, operate, and manage a digital platform that integrates domestic and international trade communities with the Egyptian government authorities to facilitate cargo clearance. Kotb technically manages the project, leading system analysis, stakeholder discussions, masterminding, and promoting new ideas. He represents MTS in international events. His leadership gives confidence to the team, ensures project success, and achieves stakeholders' satisfaction.
